Habo Technology Investment Co., Ltd., a newly established subsidiary of China's tech giant Huawei, recently invested in Shandong Tianyue Advanced Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (SICC), a leading producer of silicon carbide (SiC) in China, by acquiring a 10% stake in the company. SiC is one of the most important third-generation semiconductor materials.
