Meidu Energy stops acquiring Ruifu Lithium

Meidu Energy announced on March 20th that it has stopped acquiring shares of Shandong Ruifu Lithium Co., Ltd. due to market environment and other factors, adding that Ruifu Lithium intends to purchase back 56.18% shares acquired by Meidu Lithium before and thus Meidu Energy will hold 14.86% shares of Ruifu Lithium after the transaction is finished. Now Meidu Lithium is negotiating with other original shareholders of Ruifu Lithium, aiming to sell back all shares of Ruifu Lithium after related agreement is reached.
It's reported that Meidu Lithium acquired 98.51% shares of Ruifu Lithium at RMB2.906 billion in March 2018.
