Jianlong Group Malaysia Eastern Steel realizes profit in 2018

Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("Jianlong Group")'s Eastern Steel Sdn. Bhd produced molten iron of 297,100 tons and steel billet of 293,800 tons after the production resumption on July 16, 2018 till late 2018, realizing a profit of RM11.42 million.
In April 2018, after 500 employees of Jianlong Group entered Eastern Steel, it took only 100 days to complete the maintenance task, which enabled Eastern Steel that had suspended production for more than two years to resume production. In the month of resumption, the average daily output of molten iron reached 1,987 tons, breaking the best record of Eastern Steel. Subsequently, steel slag treatment projects and billet projects were also put into production.
