HBIS Chengde Steel was approved to establish a key laboratory of new materials of vanadium and titanium ("the Lab") recently.
In recent years, China and Hebei have attached great importance to the high-quality development of vanadium and titanium industry and put forward to cultivate vanadium titanium new material industry.
